Strong Feet Program
Struggling to be consistent with walking or any movement program because your feet quickly get tired or painful?
STRONGFEET is for you.
It's simple, accessible, and doesn't require a lot of time.
What you get: 4 PDFs with clickable links to YouTube videos of me showing and talking you through the movement. The workouts are as follows:
Seated Strength - Foot and ankle muscle isolation and stretching. All movements are done in a seated position.
Standing Strength - Foot and ankle conditioning and stretching, done slow and steady in a standing position.
Stability - Movements that challenge balance and require a lot of focus, done from a standing position.
Stamina - Movements that condition the feet through a higher volume and variety of step variations, done from a standing position.
What to expect: The movements can be used in any volume and order that you find helpful, but there is a structure provided so that you can progress from easiest to most challenging at a pace that works for you. This structure is set up to be a 4 week program. Upon completion of the 4 weeks, you can repeat the program as-is or increase the intensity/volume as desired, for as long as you find the program to be helpful. STRONGFEET can be used as a standalone program, or in conjunction with any other strength or movement program/training.
Equipment required: Most movements do not require any equipment. Seated movement work best with a firm chair/bench. Standing movements may be more comfortable with a wall or chair for balance support. One movement will require a long resistance band or belt/scarf, one will require a hand towel, one a small object to step over, and one will require a dumbbell/kettlebell/something heavy to carry.
