Introduction and “how to” instructions
10 different pages of seated mobility and strength movements, each about 10 minutes long
Clickable links for each movement with a demonstration and Sarah’s voice instructing you how to do the movement
Some workouts are for lower body, some for upper body, and some full body
Most workouts are equipment-free, and some use a yoga block, light dumbbells, or a resistance band, OR you can use household objects like books and a scarf.
