Finally, nutrition therapy that doesn’t focus on weight loss.

You’ve got health challenges.

You know nutrition can help.

But…everywhere you look for help, all you see is weight loss promotion. You’re starting to question whether you might actually have to focus on losing weight, and (for a number of reasons) you know that isn’t going to work well for you.

Never fear, my friend. You’ve got options!

You need a customized approach.

Advice like “eat more vegetables” and “drink less coffee” isn’t getting you anywhere? It’s time for 1-on-1 nutrition therapy. Open to clients regardless of age, gender, or health concern.

What does nutrition therapy look like?

You’ll start with a comprehensive initial consultation so we can decide what level and length of support is the best fit for you. This will be a data-gathering session so I can learn about your health history, family medical history, food preferences, sleep quality, stress levels, and other aspects of your environment that affect your body and your self care routine.

After that first session, we’ll work together to create short-term and long-term goals that are realistic and sustainable. In our subsequent sessions, we’ll work through the inevitable challenges that come up in the process of creating habits that help you fulfill these goals.

Who is nutrition therapy for?

In short, anyone who needs a customized approach to wellbeing with a weight-neutral perspective. I specialize in endocrine-related conditions, such as PCOS, PMDD, and type 2 diabetes, as well as mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. 95% of my clients have a history of disordered eating.*

Conditions that are often also present in my clients include hypothyroid, celiac disease and other food allergies, IBS, and SIBO. I’m confident in supporting all these conditions from a “functional” approach, without getting too complicated. Expensive testing is rarely recommended, as I prefer to rely on accessible blood work and symptoms to figure out where we need to focus our efforts.

*I refer out in cases of active eating disorders, as these individuals require a higher level of care than I can provide.

Give me the details!

Nutrition clients meet 2 times per month, for a minimum of 3 months. After that, we will reevaluate and discuss an appropriate frequency for long-term care. You also have the option to join in on group educational calls, which also serve as a time to check in with your goals/needs and ask questions. Calls are recorded, and you have access to all of the presentations as long as you are an active client. Throughout your time with me, you’ll have continuous text support via my HIPAA-compliant portal, Practice Better.

The investment cost for nutrition therapy is $275 per month. Let’s chat about what will work best for you!
