Movement for Reconnecting with Your Body

Feeling disconnected - from yourself, from your surroundings, from your purpose? Let’s explore how movement can help!

This workshop is half education, half real-time practice. Sarah will share a brief overview of the science behind how movement reconnects you to reality while healing your pain. You’ll receive a menu of movement options + how to use them that you can try on your own time.

Then, you’ll have the opportunity to follow along with Sarah as she demonstrates some movements that promote connection. Sarah will verbalize the process of listening to her body’s feedback as she moves and how that informs her next steps.
